- Prepare 200 ml of santan.

- Panaskan kukusan, bungkus tutupnya dgn kain bersih.
- Oles loyang kue talam dgn minyak, sisihkan.
- Buat adonan kue talam, campur semua bahan jd satu aduk hingga licin tanpa gumpalan tepung.
- Tuang adonan talam hingga tinggi loyang lalu masukkan dlm kukusan yg sdh mendidih.
- Sambil menunggu adonan talam matang, buat adonan topingnya.
- Campur semua bahan toping, setelah 10 mnt adonan talam di masak tuang adonan toping diatasnya.
- Kukus kembali 10 mnt.
- Setelah matang keluarkan kue dr kukusan biarkan dingin baru dikeluarkan dr cetakan.
- Kue talam pandan siap disajikan.
